Meet Associate, Lindsay T. Proskey

Meet Lindsay T. Proskey, an associate and The John Marshall Law School alum.

Ms. Proskey recently graduated in the top 5% of her class from the John Marshall Law School, where she wrote for Law Review, competed on trial advocacy teams, served as a legal writing assistant, and clerked twice for the Circuit Court of Cook County in the Law Division. Prior to law school, Ms. Proskey worked as an accountant for several years while earning her bachelor’s degree in accounting and a minor in business management. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois. Her practice focuses on personal injury cases, including medical malpractice, auto accidents, premises liability, nursing home negligence, and commercial litigation. 

In addition to her membership in Phi Alpha Delta Society of Scholars, Ms. Proskey is actively involved in several legal organizations, her involvement includes:
